Abortion Access Benefit Concerts: Sharp Pins, Been Stellar, Lip Critic, & More

Ground Control Touring just revealed their annual set of concerts to support abortion access, pulling together Sharp Pins, Been Stellar, Lip Critic, and a whole bunch of other artists for 2026.

Each city gets its own unique mix of bands, and the shows will pop up in Chicago, New York, Austin, and Los Angeles on January 24, 2026, which is a Saturday if anyone’s keeping track, and if you’re fast you can still snag tickets. Over in New York, Bowery Ballroom’s got Sharp Pins, Been Stellar, Widowspeak, @, and more; Empty Bottle in Chicago will see Tobacco City, Good Flying Birds, Action/Adventure, This House Is Creaking, plus a handful of acts; meanwhile, the Lodge Room in LA lines up Shannon Shaw, Diners, and Harmony Tividad, with even more to expect; Hotel Vegas in Austin brings Ritual, Holy Wave, Quiet Light, and a mountain of bands that’ll fill up the night. Posters have every detail if you really want the specifics.

All the money raised from these concerts heads straight to Noise for Now, which means the local abortion clinics and funds in each area—like Access Reproductive Justice, Jane’s Due Process, the Afiya Center’s SYS Fund, Chicago Abortion Fund, New York Abortion Access Fund, Northwest Abortion Access Fund, and then some—can keep doing their thing, since Noise for Now hands out the support at the ground level. Even some independent clinics in California, New York, and Illinois benefit through Keep Our Clinics.

Fans think the amount of good music all in one night sounds pretty unbelievable.

Last year, something else cool happened: Noise for Now dropped a compilation album (that’s “second volume” if you’re checking the stats) to back up independent abortion providers, and it had songs from folks like David Byrne, The War on Drugs, and Faye Webster.
