Coachella’s 2026 lineup is finally out, and it’s a wild mix of stars and surprises.
This year, the desert will be buzzing as Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, and Karol G take the main stage for both weekends in April, with shows set for April 10-12 and 17-19. There’s a huge crowd of other artists joining too, like Young Thug, the xx, Turnstile, David Byrne, FKA twigs, Addison Rae, and Ethel Cain, and that’s just the beginning. If you want to see every name, the official poster is already making the rounds online.
Tickets drop this Friday, September 19, at 1 p.m. Eastern, so set a reminder or risk missing out. Scrolling through the rest of the list, you’ll spot Alex G, PinkPantheress, Iggy Pop, Giveon, Little Simz, Devo, Blood Orange, Geese, Dijon, Wet Leg, Oklou, Black Flag, Disclosure, Sexyy Red, Katseye, Moby, Joyce Manor, Lykke Li, CMAT, Wednesday, Model/Actriz, Ceremony, Bedouin, Lambrini Girls, Fakemink, Jane Remover, Drain, and the Rapture. Oh, and there’s this “Nine Inch Noize” thing, which sounds like Nine Inch Nails and Boys Noize are cooking something up, plus some mysterious “Bunker Debut of Radiohead Kid A Mnesia” at the very bottom.
Fans always get super excited when the lineup drops, even if the poster fonts are so tiny your eyes cross.
After her 2024 debut, Sabrina Carpenter is coming back, but now she’s a headliner, riding high after Short n’ Sweet and Man’s Best Friend took off. She’s got a bunch of shows planned to close out 2025, including some big runs in New York and LA, and she’s even squeezing in South American festivals before Coachella. Sometimes, when artists move up the bill this fast, it feels like the world is spinning a little quicker.
Justin Bieber is making his first appearance as a headliner, which is kind of wild since he’s popped up as a guest four times before—on stage with Ariana Grande, Daniel Caesar, Chance the Rapper, and Tems and Wizkid—but never as the main act. This Coachella slot will also be his first actual concert since September 2022, and he’s bringing his new albums Swag and Swag II with him, both packed with guest features.
Karol G is also returning to Indio for her second Coachella, after first showing up in 2022. Her latest release, Tropicoqueta, dropped last June, and this festival will be the first time she plays a full show with those songs. She even performed at the NFL game in São Paulo recently, but that was just a halftime gig.
We always hope our favorite artists get their chance to shine on the big stage.
Last year, the headliners were Lady Gaga, Green Day, Post Malone, and Travis Scott, with Green Day and Scott even sharing the Saturday slot. Charli XCX brought out Billie Eilish, Lorde, and Troye Sivan for a wild set, and Clairo got introduced by Bernie Sanders, which is just hilarious to picture. But not everyone made it—FKA twigs had visa issues, and Massive Attack skipped out because of concerns about the environment.
