Dijon gets the spotlight as the next Saturday Night Live music guest, with Melissa McCarthy in charge of all the laughs on December 6, 2025.
So far this season, SNL has given us some cool, random moments: Bad Bunny started things off by hosting, and the stage has already seen big names like Sabrina Carpenter, Doja Cat, and Brandi Carlile. Just last night, Olivia Dean sang her tracks “Man I Need” and “Let Alone the One You Love” from The Art of Loving, making everyone wish their living room was a concert hall.
If we’re talking about a wild ride through 2025, that’s basically Dijon. He popped up with Bon Iver on “Day One” from SABLE, fABLE, totally showed up on Justin Bieber’s projects (Swag and Swag II), and those collabs somehow scored him a Producer of the Year nod at the 2026 Grammys (plus, thanks to Bieber’s Swag, he’s also up for Album of the Year). At the same time—don’t ask how—he made space to drop his album Baby and appear in Paul Thomas Anderson’s latest film, One Battle After Another.
Fans think Dijon’s stuff just feels different lately.
Anyone on the hunt for the best records of this year should check out Baby because it’s getting a lot of attention. Sometimes you just want your whole playlist to sound like summer even in December, right?
