Elias Rønnenfelt, Yung Lean, & Fousheé Release New Song Together

Elias Rønnenfelt just dropped two fresh tracks, bringing in Yung Lean (using the name Jonatan Leandoer96) and Fousheé for the ride.

The songs, called “Little Gods” and “My Suitor,” are out now on Escho, a label from Copenhagen, and “My Suitor” is actually a cover of a song from the 80s by Bernthøler, which is a pretty wild throwback choice if you ask me. Fousheé jumps in on “Little Gods,” making it sound totally different from anything else out there. Rønnenfelt has been pretty busy lately; after his album Heavy Glory came out last year, he also popped up on Dean Blunt’s Lucre EP a few months ago, and just last May he put out “Carry-on Bag” and shared that he’s heading to the U.S. for a tour soon.

Yung Lean keeps switching things up too—sometimes he’s Jonatan Leandoer96, sometimes he’s just Yung Lean. He put out his Jonatan album in May, right after Sugar World in 2023, so it’s like he can’t sit still. Fousheé’s latest project, Pointy Heights, dropped this year, and it’s been getting a lot of plays.

Fans think it’s cool when artists work together in unexpected ways.

Sometimes, listening to these collaborations feels like opening a mystery box—you never know what you’ll get, but it’s usually something surprising. “Little Gods” and “My Suitor” are both up now, so you can check them out and decide which one you like best.
