LCD Soundsystem are coming back to New York next year for a big batch of shows.
This time, James Murphy and the band are taking over the Knockdown Center in Queens for 12 nights, starting in November and stretching into December, and they’re not just repeating the same old routine—there will be afterparties every night with live DJs, a DFA swap meet, and even a pop-up from Murphy’s Four Horsemen wine bar, plus some other fun surprises waiting to be revealed. The opening acts haven’t been shared yet, so everyone’s guessing who might show up, but the group has made these NYC residencies a yearly tradition since 2021, with more gigs in other cities too.
