The band Mandy, Indiana is dropping a brand new album, Urgh, on February 6, 2026, and this time Sacred Bones is their label.
They’re following up I’ve Seen a Way with this record, and to mark the news, they’ve also shared their latest single, “Magazine,” which you can listen to below. Alongside the announcement, Valentine Caulfield talked honestly about what’s behind “Magazine.” She said, “‘Magazine’ is the expression of the frustration and deep-seated violence I felt while attempting to recover from being raped. Just like most victims of sexual assault, I will never get justice, and just like most perpetrators, my attacker will never be punished. My therapist encouraged me to channel my anger into something productive, so here it is: my primal, screaming call for retribution. It is the only way I will ever get to say to my rapist: you hurt me, so I’m going to hurt you.”
The new record brings ten tracks—one of them, “Sicko!” even includes billy woods. Guitarist Scott Fair handled production, plus some mixing magic from Daniel Fox of Gilla Band. All the upcoming European tour dates are listed if you scroll a bit further down this weirdly formatted announcement.
