Last night, MJ Lenderman & the Wind rocked The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon with their song “Wristwatch.”
Lenderman made his TV debut alongside Karly Hartzman, who sang backup and played tambourine. Watch their performance below.
This fall, Lenderman is hitting the road to celebrate Manning Fireworks. The tour kicks off in Atlanta on October 3 and wraps up in Brooklyn next April. Opening acts include Ryan Davis & the Roadhouse Band, Hollow Hand, Wild Pink, This Is Lorelei, and Nap Eyes.
“Wristwatch” follows other singles like “Rudolph,” “She’s Leaving You,” and “Joker Lips” from the album. Manning Fireworks is Lenderman’s sixth solo project. Since then, he has released a live album called And the Wind (Live and Loose!) and re-released his first solo album.
Lenderman has also worked with Waxahatchee, Kevin Abstract, and Horse Jumper of Love on various songs.
Fans really love seeing artists perform live on TV!
