Water From Your Eyes had their album launch for Everyone’s Crushed on a boat in NYC last year.
This July 25, they’re back with a mini-festival they put together themselves, featuring Model/Actriz, Kassie Krut, DJ Practice, and of course, Water From Your Eyes. It’s happening on a boat at Pier 36 and tickets are $35. Check out the poster below for more details.
In January, they did a cover of Ween’s “If You Could Save Yourself (You’d Save Us All).” Nate Amos and Rachel Brown have been busy with solo projects since then. Brown released You Haven’t Missed Much and the EP What Is My Capacity to Love?, while Amos has an album called Box for Buddy, Box for Star coming out on June 14 under his name This Is Lorelei.
I find it amazing how much music they create both together and apart.
Their boat show from last year made it to “The 13 Best Concerts of 2023 (That Weren’t Taylor Swift or Beyoncé)” list. Also, their record Everyone’s Crushed and Model/Actriz’s album Dogsbody were picked as part of “The 50 Best Albums of 2023.”
