Nosaj Thing & Jacques Greene Announce Debut Verses GT Album & New Song

Nosaj Thing and Jacques Greene are finally dropping a full album together as Verses GT, and it’s coming out September 12 on LuckyMe.

After touring together back in 2017, the two producers kept finding ways to link up, like their 2023 track “Too Close.” More recently, they’ve put out “RB3” and “Unknown,” which is part of the new Verses GT album. The latest single, “Your Light,” has George Riley on vocals, and you can listen to it now.

Verses GT was created all over the world, in cities like Los Angeles, Tokyo, Montreal, Paris, and London. The album features not just George Riley, but also Kučka and Tyson. Nosaj Thing said, “It’s been inspiring to trust our instincts and go for it,” and added how much it means to work together after both of them have released their own solo records. Greene chimed in with, “I feel like trust is the key word and concept around this project; this is a 50/50 relationship and the give-and-take that comes with it.”

People sometimes wish they could make music in as many cities as these two.

Before this, Nosaj Thing’s last album was Continua in 2022, while Jacques Greene’s most recent solo project, Dawn Chorus, came out in 2019. The new album’s tracklist includes songs like “Fragment,” “Wan,” “Intention,” and “Vision + Television,” and some tracks have special guests.
