Thurston Moore Announces Album with New Song Featuring Laetitia Sadier

Thurston Moore is set to release a new solo album called Flow Critical Lucidity on September 20 through Daydream Library Series.

This album, his ninth, includes a track named “Sans Limites” featuring Laetitia Sadier from Stereolab. You can listen to it below.

Moore’s latest work comes after Screen Time, and he teamed up with bassist Deb Googe, percussionist Jem Doulton, guitarist/pianist James Sedwards, and electronics expert Jon Leidecker for its creation.

I think it’s cool how musicians collaborate across different bands.

Interestingly, this album follows the release of his memoir Sonic Life. Moore had to cancel his book tour because of health issues. He shared in an interview with Mark Yarm for The New York Times that he’s been dealing with atrial fibrillation for several years now.

Flow Critical Lucidity:
01 New in Town
02 Sans Limites
03 Shadow
04 Hypnogram
05 We Get High
06 Rewilding
07 The Diver
