Big Thief has produced Tucker Zimmerman’s new album, Dance of Love, and the lead single is “Burial at Sea” with a video by Adrianne Lenker’s brother, Noah.
The song also features Adrianne singing backup vocals. You can watch it below and find Zimmerman’s tour dates further down, including his performance at the Pitchfork Music Festival in London.
Big Thief played as Zimmerman’s band for this album. “It was an extreme honor to make a record with one of the greatest songwriters of all time,” they said in a statement. “We believe in this music with all of our hearts, and we hope it brings you joy.”
Tucker Zimmerman started his journey in music back in 1969 with his debut album Ten Songs by Tucker Zimmerman. He continued releasing music through the ’70s and early ’80s but later shifted focus to writing poetry and fiction before returning to music recording in the 21st century.
